Most adults I know plan their expenditures based on their ability to pay for it. Most children I know have no appreciation of money and do not understand what it means pay for it. Maybe you are the exception. You write and spell like a child. Your sentences are structured like a child. Your inability to make a point resembles childish thinking. Your post reads like someone who is still learning the English language.
