You show me where it is illegal to charge back what someone was paid PLUS the cost to repair the job to spec the way it should have been done in the first place...You are a contractor...No judge in the world will say squat about recouping ones loses for shoddy work...If you can prove the job was to spec to begin with then all it takes is for you to sue...Show me where you have been fined 10k per incident...
While the labor cannot be outsourced to "China" there is an alternative method and that is cheap labor which is what is going on now...Cable is not rocket science...Anyone can do it and will willingly do so cheaply...
