You nailed it on the head, what was once specialty work is now wide open to everyone who has a meter. It killed it for us who did it for years. Now every Jack legged guy with a meter wants to sweep. I've met guys sweeping who can't splice or climb but yet their sweeping. ??? Go figure. Now In house is doing it to keep the cost down. We are all hurting now, I don't see ot getting any better, I'm looking at alternatives to get out after 33 years
