Here we go again...you know every few months or so we go through this. I have been involved with several Unions and organizations during my 14 years in the industry, IBEW, CCW, even the Carpenters Union, I guess what I am trying to say is a Union Organization is only as strong as its members. You can not be a part time member and expect it to work out for you. This is what it takes in my opinion to start one here;
Lots of money
Lots of time
Last but not least, Lots of Heart ache.
