Hourly employees used to be contractors paid hourly plus commission.
Labor Laws i guess i need, how many hours per week are employees required to work? They pay overtime for over 40hrs.
They have been required to work 7 days a week, is this legal? Have been logging for example, one time 78 hours and they cut hours back to 58, is that legal?
They are seriously over worked and them taking hours off time sheets seem to be very wrong.
Where do i go to find out labor laws and how many hours employees are rquired to work. Or maybe i can get some info from you guys.
