is it legal?  its call mutual consent, they will doit until  u say no, of course u probably wont make a diference, but a class action legal  would,  the law is only one  but the interpretation  varies diferent ways
 it happend in other industries, managers working on the salary now are requierd to punch timecards not exiding 50 hours a week, due to a class accion, wont mention the industry or the state
