no it not legal. some companys tell you to log only some many hours or they get rid of you. But thats your choice taking hours off is really aganist the law. I know one company was holding back over time hours. they was reported to the labor broad and the company was investagated, and was fine a large sum and had to pay all the employees that had they hour held back.
