Fact of the matter is if the company is getting their work fron ConnecTc you are going to get charge backs. ConnecTv is as bad as any other company in this business and I don't care how good of installs you do, you are going to get chargeback for something. SIN in 90 is the biggest joke especially with the junk equipment that DirecTV puts out. Imagine any other busines in this world having chargebacks like DirecTV does. They would'nt be in business very long. I got chargeback because the customer could not turn his TV on with the remote...found out his TV was broken and would not turn on in any way shape or form. I know alot of techs that worked for CcDish in Lincoln Nebraska and they ALL got screwed.
