Well if your one of my techs you have access to the details of all chargebacks given to us by Connect Television and they are very detailed...I wish we had the opportunity to fix our own service calls but they dont allow us to....so yes you tech get charged back on those....hey if you can change DIRECTVs mind CCDISH would be very thankful...because Sin 90 come and somtimes techs do not still work for us so we have to eat them....Techs there are alot of companies out there that go out of business and never pay techs....CCDISH has never done that to a tech...we have paid on every job we got paid on as per the contract....we allow techs to have access to see jobs that are not closed proplerly but some are just too lazy to call and insure they are closed....charge backs suck and they roll down hill, that is the nature of the beast.....quit complaining and do something about it...Qualtiy installs, insure your jobs are closed out properly, run like your a business be professional. Most of you are sub contractors which means you own your own business......treat it like one and you will have sucess.....Just ask Russ Malony he ran his business like a business...he never had a pay problem for almost 2 years straight....wow got paid perfect...why because he ran it like a business....
