HERE IS THE REAL DEAL


When you came to work for this company was the charge back thing explained to you? If it was and you signed on the dotted line and said it was alright to charge back your pay then who is really at fault. Most of us sign stuff because we really need the money at the time and then things get better and we bitch. I personally don't take a job where their are charge backs. Last Friday my company told me that they are implementing a charge back on all sales that I make and install. I was on the phone within the hour explaining how they now have my two week notice. Directv is way too screwed up to be working with an install. Their receivers and SWM units are way too wacky to unstable and I don't have the time to figure out if it's their fault or mine. If I have to I will go back to the cable industry where I know that I don't have charge backs. Do you guys realize how many peole get pissed when they see their first bill isn't what it is supposed to be because Directv makes it impossible to active your discount.. It's such Bullshit on Directv's part. My company promised me that if I were to stay that they would look at each and every quit/bad install before charging me back. I told them one charge back and i am outta here. So we'll have to see..
