That is exactly where this is going. As you said, we are all going to loose even more money, most people do not realize this. Our potential for the big check is weak now from a low volume, but it will get better. If we are made employees our potential will bw limited even further. Maybe we can hear from some techs that have recently gone from sub to employee, good, bad or indifferent.
