Change the industry....start a joint contract owne

I see all these complaints out there, but nobody trying to change anything.  Reality is, the companies out there don't care....you all are right.  If techs would band together and start up our own outfit jointly owned you could pay yourself more.  Take care of your employees better(dispatchers, office managers, etc.).  You could eliminate the Mastechs and Connect Televisions of the world.  And, you could control the switch to OnO and keep your profits.  Wouldn't you rather make 100k or 200k indepently instead of making 30-40k and driving a van with a directv logo.  You could even take the equipment expenses out of the 500-700 that directv pays to connectv or to the contractor you work for.  If that sounds like a plan, then let's get it started.
