do you force your guys to sign these contracts if they say no do you tell them there is the door good luck finding another job oh and dont use me as a reference im just wondering what you do in that situation also is the job market so bad they stick with your company i would think if a guy does that bad of a job you would just get rid of him or be a good boss and help him make his money and your money situation better and as far as the mcdonalds comment i happen to have to eat there quite offten (due too low paying owners) and get a screwed up order almost 80% of the time so i dont think that comment really holds any water
