CABL Forum - Been Cheated? Read this! (All of this lazy)

I see there are 68,851 subscribers to the cable bar at the time I write this. Out of this number I doubt that ther is anyone that has not been screwed over by greedy owners whose total care is puttinjg money in their pocket. In the old days you did this by taking care of those that do the work for you and they will take care of you. Now those that work for you take care of the company and the company screws you anyway and replaces you with new techs tha are unaware. Wouldn't it be nice to go do the job and know for sure you were going to get paid? All these chargebacks? Who decides if you get a chargeback? The same people that make a profit on your labor, your materials, your gas, your insurance, your vehicle, etc etc. The same people that then tell you "after" you have turn the customer on and working and they are getting profit from the customer now. After all that then they say "You did the job wrong time for a chargeback. I dont know isnt this the same as theft! Isn't there a law against theft of services? They keep telling you Dish said this and Directv said that, but they are lying. If that is the truth why dont they put it in writting where everyone gets the same story. This good old boy system is whats wrong with this country. It is not the guys that are dedicated to doing the customer right that are getting rewarded, but the buddies and pals of the 5 month old techs they put in charge. These guys protect their friends and buddies and make them look good upstairs to the upper mgmt. Your only as good as your last job. Heard that one yet? They act like every job is like the last one and all customers are honest as Jesus himself. Techs are treated like they are liars so they can satisfy the lying customer in order to satisfy Dish or Directv so they wont loose their contract or get less jobs.
All in all you do all the work and get all the crap for less and less money and the boys who sit on their butt make the profit. They are pocketing the money you earned. And if they fall short on what they need in earnings (or not), here they come after your money again with thier made up charge backs which are a great deal falsified as this is what Dish or Directv says it has to be. Thats why everywhere you go the Dish and Directv rules are different because who you are working for has their own rules to steal with. It is also why you cant go back and fix the job yourself (which any other kind of contractor has a right to do). We are a gold mind to these greed mongers. If the government came in and did a investigation into this business most of these owner would run. Their contracts are unfair, imoral, and unethical to the people they should apreciate. Don't believe me take your contract to a lawyer and ask him. Oh they didnt give you a copy? They made you sign it there and promised you one? Hmmmm what a surprise! Well I ahve copies of their contracts and everything is on your back! All they do is sit back and administrate how to make sure you pay for all the mistakes. Especially theirs!
How many men have lost their homes, families, credit, because their money was stolen from these unethical so called buisnessmen? How much does Directv and Dishnetwork care about their customers? Quite a bit right! Now How much do they care about what their contractors are doing to the subcontractors? Thats you! Can you tell yet? Has it snk in? They want you to be perfect in everything only they can change the rules of perfection whenever they want. Look at your contract..The company reserves the right to change any thinhg they want to when they want to. Get a hint! You are being screwed as soon as you sign on the dotted line.
Dont like it do you, but you sit their and take it dont you. I wonder what would happen if 68,000 or more installers wrote the the federal trade commision (that is at this time suing dishnetwork) and told them how they are being screwed over by these conjtractors and even though Directv and Dishnetwork know it won't llift a hand to help because you aren't a customer. Just the low class piece of crap that does all the work that gets robbed. Unions wont work because we all have to starve to get it going. But what about an investigation into these companies? Do you really think that what they do is right? If so do nothing. If you feel they are wrong in what they do then write the letter asking when they are going to investigate them. Tell them what they are doing to you.
