Yes, it is the same as theft .... and I will act accordingly!
Willful negligence is one thing, but honest work provided, without receiving proper payment, is thievery. Funny thing is, so many companies now days don't seem to remember all the things they do that cost the techs in the field money, and lots of money, day in and day out.
"...Who decides if you get a chargeback? The same people that make a profit on your labor, your materials, your gas, your insurance, your vehicle, etc etc. The same people that then tell you "after" you have turn the customer on and working and they are getting profit from the customer now. After all that then they say "You did the job wrong time for a chargeback. I dont know isnt this the same as theft!..."
