As far as your statement "I've been in for two years and am considered on of the best techs in the company" who said you were the best in your company, YOUR MOTHER???
I think your ego may be running away with you. I admire your ambition
but do yourself a favor and just sit back and observe for a while because in 2 years you most certainly DO NOT have the experience some of us do and you are most definately NOT the best tech in your company because if you are your company may be in some big trouble.Be patient you'll make puberty soon dont worry the other one will drop.
