YOU CAN'T JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER, JUST CAUSE SAID DICK DIDN'T WRITE WHAT YOU WANTED TO HEAR THAT DOESEN'T MAKE IT RIGHT, YOU NOR I WEREN'T A FLY ON THE WALL WHEN SAID DICK WAS AT THE CUSTOMERS HOUSE AND IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE IN THIS BUISNESS YOU KNOW THAT GOES A LONG WAY, SOME SAID DICKS ARE VERY GOOD AT FIXING THE PROBLEM THEY JUST CAN'T EXPLAIN IT ON PAPER AND THAT CAN BE TAUGHT TO THEM VERY EASILY, I BELIEVE IN GIVING CERTIAN DICKS THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUGHT, I'M FAIR THAT WAY, MAYBE THAT'S WHY MY EMPLOYEES TRUST AND RESPECT ME.
