Wrong, as a bussiness man you have the right to hire anybody you want, Most places will make you fill out an app, right there in front of them to make sure you can read and write,
If you can't answer a simple trouble call, while at the comfort of you keyboard, with all the time in the world, how you gonna do it at a cx house, when their yelling at ya, the dog is barking, kids screaming, and the hot neice is visiting from up North,
And what do you think a job interview is, It's judging someone. or being judged,
according to you, any swinging dick that gives you their name should be hired,(cause you can fire them later)
How bout this, $ background check, $ drug test, $ paid to said dick for invoice billed, $ for competent tech to go back and fix, $ for unemployment ins, cause said dick is going to claim unemployment after you fire him.
And thats if you didn't put up money for lodging for said dick, as most want,
and yes if someone say's or writes something you don't wanna hear, it does give you the right not to hire them,
It's called qualifications not discrimination,
Now go file your unemployment claim,
