SO YOU CAN JUDGE EVERYONE BY WHAT THEY WRITE ON A PIECE OF PAPER OR AN E-MAIL, WHERE DO YOU OR ANYONE GET THE NERVE TO JUDGE PEOPLE THAT WAY.
IF YOUR IN BUISNESS YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CHANCES AND THAT INCLUDES WHO YOU HIRE ALSO, THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO FIRE THEM IF THEY F*CK UP, BUT JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOSEN'T SAY OR WRITE WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR THAT DOESEN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THEM OR NOT OFFER THEM A JOB, IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN THAT'S CALLED DISCRIMINAION!!!!!
