There shouldn't be anymore contract companies because we're not contractors anymore, we're all production based employee's that get the freedom of using our own trucks and gas and wear and tare on our trucks and then when you go to claim it at the end of the year you end up oweing money to the government.
We're all better off being paid by the hour and using there equiptment at least this way we can be on a different pay scale then someone walking threw the door from Mc Donalds cause there brother in law refered them to the job.
Don't believe for one minute that just because they lower your prices that their prices are being lowered also, there is a big difference between us and them, they have a written contract and we don't so when your contracting company comes to you and tells you that their lowering you install prices because their prices just got lowered by the MSO their LYING they can't do that when their in contract, but we have to sit back and take that shit because we don't have a system in place to back us up.
