You don't have to take anything. Just leave!
If people in this industry had the balls to not take pay cuts, this industry would be in a lot better shape.
It is completely insane, the low rates people will work for.
You ( meaning anyone in this industry) don't owe anyone anything. If you don't like the pay, say so. Or better yet, beat the hell out of the cheap bastards that cut your pay. That, my friends, is the only thing people understand.
