Sounds grate looks grate on paper ,butt some time it just doesn't worker out that way some people can't lead or wont fire there budd for f@#$ing up or off and can't get the job done ,that's grate when you find guy's that you can help up that are up for it . Like Cantrell said be striaght with the one that is giving you a chance and ask some questions and look too your lead in the field they should know what their are doing out their ,are you could be in trouble.
