Thank you, You know some of these guy remind me on some mexicans that I once worked for and they never wanted me to learn there job because they were scared of me taking there jobs! But I did learn (fast) and never did I take anyones job. Never in my career, Whether I was a Labor, Iron worker , or line man, So all you guys with neg remarks " dont have to worry I wont take your jobs I'll will just be your Boss" .  Thats what I hate the most Ive always trained all my green horns so they can better there lives and there families. Thank for the support
