And so are School buses. Had one go thru a parking lot to avoid flagman , came out on the other side of him caught the slack strand and kept going. What a mess , strand went into power, burnt 2 of my guys on the pole, they in turn burned the pole, flipped the trailer dragged it down the road , by the time he stopped the trailer was half way up the pole . Thank God they had the strand across their belts so it burnt their wrist and the fall didn't hurt them (to bad). Bus driver got cited and had to pay hefty fines and damages. Phoenix 1978.
