WOW Sounds danergous!!Ya Know if you are a sub are a sub of a sub of a sailor,a heads up contracting company would make sure they and you would have somebody out there to help stop traffic.Thats why they are the prime,thats why they take a cut of every job. NOT to mention just common courtsey.How ever I like to think I live in a perfect Cable world. all are good replies..Good luck!!
