And one more thing....I learned about Black history during Black history month when I was in school back in the late 60's and early 70's.
It started in 1926 and was called "negro history week" and went from there. It has been discussed as a divisive time and I think all history should be just that....just history. Not white or black or anything else.
You say you learned "white history"....I never saw one time in history class "this is white history". I learned about the indians, the spanish, the english, the wars and other things but never about "white" accomplishments. Not specifically.
