i would have to say as a sub contracter i still fill like i am being treated as and employee but still wedont get any speacial treatment and i think that where still subs we just get w2's now we dont get free cable wihtch we do the same things as in house tech but we all get treated like dirt by all cable companys now how is that fair ? i geuse we just like getting screwed
