first call the headend guy to see if he is jacking around with anything. some thimes they dont termainate stuff which starts a problem. then start checking active equipment to make sure the problem does lie there. like stated before some gear (motorola) for example will start producing shit if mods covers are loose. but that is the nature of sweep and ingress. thats what your getting paid for, to find things that the inhouse maintenance folks are to lazy to find................................
