lazy inhouse maint tech speek for yourself,there is lazy inhouse and lazy contractors and might I say contractors that do some really bad work Ive been around a while on both sides so it go's both way,and I seen more un trained contractors what we call button pusher who think they can sweep (BUTTON PUSHERS) I hope your not one of them good luck to ya hope you stay busy.
