You've just posted evidence of illegal activity. Arbitrarily firing an employee for exercising their constitutional rights. Do you really think you would stand a chance in a courtroom trying to defend this action?
If you felt the need to lay off employees, then you should have simply laid them off. Instead, it seems you wanted to make some sort of political statement and impress us. I would hope and pray, if I were you, that not one of those laid off read this. Good Luck.
