Re: Executive memo

Everytime common sense enters the equation, the threat of a lawsuit soon follows. This is a perfect example. Reminds me of the Imams in Minneapolis and their ridiculous lawsuit brought against the airline. Of course these Obama voters should be the first to go. They voted for change, well, here you go. Change sounds great until it affects one personally. Where is the change? His appointees are nothing more than retreads from the Clinton White House. Todays Republicans are no better. Reagan democrats stayed away from McCain for that reason. Too many lawyers along with the instituting of political correctness have all but destroyed America. I think we can all agree the word"Obama" is more a movement rather than a man. If not for the Media's blessing, both he and his ideology would never have made it past Iowa and New Hampshire,(example Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Sheldon Whitehouse, would never be considered viable candidates.) Lest we forget, the Democratic run congress had a lower approval rating than that of the President. Unfortunately, many voters believe congress has been controlled by the Republicans. A simple understanding of our govt would be nice to have before entering the voting booth. The ineffectiveness of the Bush Administration helped to foster this hunger for change. These so-called Bailouts are nothing more than a tool for the govt seizing more control of the monetary system thus padding the pockets of fat cats on Wall Street and ensuring its own viability in years to come. We ask ourselves "where is the justice for govt and corporate greed?" Don't hold your breath for those hearings. Our govt and corporations are one in the same. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are both private and govt owned entities Both reaped the profits but failed to be held accountable when the mortgages went bad. Citibank, Bank of America, Lehman, AIG and now american automakers will be at the mercy of our govt. If this doesn't raise your ire, think back to the German enabled Trotsky, Lenin, takeover of the Tsar in WW1 Russia. They seized control of many facets of Russian life and quelled any and all opposition to the "movement." By no means am I comparing Obama to Lenin, an individual does not have that power. However, a movement does. Strength in numbers. I believe change is acceptable as long as it stays within the parameters outlined by our founding fathers. Loyalty to ones country should trump ones party affiliation. Gen Washington was not an advocate for the two party system of governing as was articulated in his farewell address:"It serves always to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration . It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which finds a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another." SOUND FAMILIAR
