Again, Stop being lazy and tighten the fitting at the wall plate, as for broken customer equipment that has already been answered, you DO NOT tighten on tv sets, set tops vcr's etc... you say it's not the end of the world and you are right, but ingress is ingress and egress is egress. you are an installer so that doesn't seem to bother you hence there lies the problem, these guys who are telling you to tighten all fittings except on customer owned equipment are trying to explain to tyou why it IS important. Why won't ya just listen. TIGHTEN THE FITTINGS PERIOD!!! As for there not being slack behind the wall plate, do you think a loose fitting solves that problem? Come on now!
