Yeah! I know it is mandated all fittings are to be tightened, some QC morons go the extra mile though...at the same time I've been doing this for a while and have encountered ALL kinds of situations...I DID NOT say to leave the a fitting loose on the wallplate...I mean...U have to tighten every one out there,Right? but is how some poorly trained technicians go and tighten that fitting soooo much...then at the time of a service call or upgrade when u go to check that connection, thats when all HELL breaks loose...u follow? I've seen it where the connector would just spin in that wallplate, and behind the wallplate theres no slack to terminate the outlet...result, i've had to replace a line because somebody overtightened a fitting! Understand where I'm coming from? Just my 2 cents...
