thats the thing about tightening fittings inside the home, sometimes they're too tight and end up breaking some equipment or the tech having to replace a wallplate on a service call because some nutjob applied the FORCE on that fitting...and if theres no slack on that wire behind the wallplate...ur screwed!...I say hand tight the fittings inside the home(equipment,wallplates) I mean ppl, the world is not gonna end because of it...
