Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.
since when does a government agency have the authority to spend taxpayer money without any oversight and can not be challenged by a court of law? This is purely dictatorial and spells the demise of the monetary system America has come to rely on.
Does no one care what this means??
