Don't forget about the provision to give a tax break to a wooden arrow maker in oregon... now that will really help wall street. Or the tax break to the owners of race car tracks. Don't get me wrong, I love nascar as much as the next redneck, but that bill has become so full of b.s. its not even funny. Oh, and on top of that, they have now attached it as a rider to a mental health bill, so now if you vote against it, you become an opponent of better funding for fixing crazy.
