Re: the text of the bailout

Is that section in the new bill Hootie? I certainly dont like that part of it but after calming down a little last night I think there may be a silver lining in this for some of us. Consider this,if you've been responsible for yourself and careful not to be financially leveraged now will be the time to either trade up your house or invest in rentals. If the market responds and decent interest rates can be had on housing,that remains to be seen I think. A sharp cookie will be watching this closely and could very well set himself up for a bright future. All these people who acted irresponsible and bought above their means will need a place to live and many will have learned painfully from their mistakes and will begin to turn around their lives and begin again to live within their means and act responsibly.
