fiber thru coax

I saw the neatest system at the scte meeting at Dallas last week. The system takes old coax and pumps a liquid through the coax to loosen up the foam and then they pull out the foam and center conductor.Leaving just the old shield to pull in new fiber. Up to 600 feet 100% 1200 ft a lessor per cent chance of being completed.Looked like a good way to do that impossible bore with out tearing up something up.Chuck
