Re: Charter Communications giving out false inform

I just dealt with this question from a sub today. I was just honest with him, I told him that I have spent alot of time researching the topic and that all I am finding is alot of conflicting info. I also told him the best thing he can do is just not worry about it, and wait until the transition takes place, see what happens and go from there. My advice might not be perfect, but it's better than telling him the wrong information.
