Mr Brown from Charter Fort Worth wants you to just keep selling those boxes! Just kidding hes a good man managing a crappy company. MSO's like charter will never last for that long when the big boys from Verizon or AT$T come to town. Charter has crappy customer service and people know it and will switch when that have an alternative. THIS I WILL SAY... MSO that don't shape up and understand the time will be left with just activating and deactivating the CHURN customers. Do you realize that Cox in Phoenix has NO dish buy back offer. Not saying I am a marketing genius but what's a better customer? The one already paying for our competition or the guy that we just caught stealing the cable and we forced him to sign up? UMMMMMM I'm not sure I have to sit back and think about this one.. WAKE THE $#%$ marketing people!
