When you say easement, I assume you mean interior(backyards). 5.5 miles is close to 27,500'. By one users calculations he believes the messenger would take two men "3-4 days". That is 6700' to 9100' a day. That is a lot of grunting through yards for two guys.
It is easy to sit here and say this and that, especially not really knowing the full SOW.
