thats my thoughts as well. If its backyard easements then most likely you have to deal with fences and trees. Framing and sagging. Ave span most likely between 150-200ft give or take. One reel would be about 25-33 spans
Is this for CATV or other telecom? Are you framing above CATV? If so then you got not only telco (if on pole) but also CATV (if on pole) midspan drops to get over.
2man crew would be lucky to burn a reel a day of strand in 8hrs.

If this is what i call rural easement where spans are 300ft plus hardly any trees . Where a vehicle can assist in pulling the strand driving it off and carrying equiptment for you then yes maybe you can get the strand up in 3-4 days.

Need to tell us more info about what type of running it is. Are the runs short or long. Are there lots of DE , 90's, downguys, anchors to set?
