5 1/2 miles of strand should take about 3-4 days, if make ready is needed add on an additional day for VGR's,downguys,arms. If anchor placement is needed would depend on what type of anchor and how many.
The fiber placement would also depend on what size fiber, how many slack points and splice location's. Needless to say the fiber shouldn't take no longer than 8-10 days to pull out and lash up.
I base this off a 2 man crew well experienced, I'd be a little hesitant to allow 2 green guys to go hang 5 1/2 miles a fiber .
I am basing this off span's between 200-250 ft pole to pole.
