Coming from the sales side I must say don't always believe the customer. Most of the time the customer hears one word.. FREE. Not free install but first month free. Honestly, it sounds correct that when theses customers are calling the call center they are probably getting told this info but to be straight my MSO has not really informed me what is truly going to go on that date next year. The other thing is..... If you pay garbage wages to your inside sales staff then truly..... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... HINT HINT COX CABLE... So to sum it up no one has ever sent out a mass email stating what truly is going to go on when we go all digital.
