umm, saledawg, i dont think you've been payin any attention at all. The MSO doesnt have to send out a mass email, because it is understood that as long as a customer has Cable, satellite, or some type of telecommunications service, then they are covered, just like davisgo said. if you need anymore information go to the website he provided.
