Re: Charter Communications giving out false inform

I had a customer last week that was getting 5 dct's. She asked me about the digital upgrade and I told her that she was fine, because she had charter already. She told me that the csr rep on the phone told her that she was going to loose disney and more kid stations. I told her that was incorrect, and I called my supervisor just to make sure. She was happy, single mom with 3 kids. It was a $60 job for me but I didnt feel right installing it, when someone just told her anything so they can make a sale.
