July of last year, I was slightly injured on the job. Nothing major, just sliced my thumb that requires six stitches from a house box. After awhile I started getting the bills for it. I kept turning all the bills, but nothing was paid. After a year later. The company decided to let me go. So I decided to file a law suit on them for not paying the bill. After a week in a half after filing, they finally sent the insurance papers. Should I go ahead and go through the law suit or let the insurance take care of it? This is my first time ever suing anybody.
