Sending you "papers" isn't fulfilling the obligation! I'd fill out the paperwork, send it in while continuing the suit. Don't you have a lawyer or are you taking this to small claims? Gaurantee ya those doc's are comin' after you for the dough or selling it to a collection agency as we speak! What state are you doing biz in? Sounds like ya gotta get your "paperwork" in order and contact your industrial commission to get your answers. Good luck, Mike M.
