To hold the pager a person at our company gets $25 dollars a day, 2hour minimum. Saturday is the last day of pay period, so if called out it is usually time and a half. If a person has over 9 hours overtime for the pay week, it is then double time. Sundays are automatic time and a half.
Check the laws were you live, it is possible that what they are doing is illegal. Usually if you are a hourly employee, they can't do comp time. Keep accurate records, sometimes they forget.
