On-Call is a week long here. You pull your normal shift, so you're getting your 40-hours. They add $75-bucks for just being on-call for the week.
If you are called out, it's a 3-hour minimum at time and a half. When the cumulative overtime of on-call adds up to 10-hours, on the 11th hour of "rolled-out" on-call time, it becomes double-time.
Most on-call roll-outs are for commercial business or hazard issues.
